Hotpod Yoga is a pioneering yoga business that was founded in 2013 with the intention of revolutionising and expanding the world of yoga. They offer a unique and immersive yoga experience that focuses on innovation, high-quality teaching, and captivating design. Today, Hotpod Yoga operates over 50 locations across eight countries, solidifying its position as one of the largest and most influential yoga ventures worldwide. They offer franchising opportunities and yoga teacher training too.
As they are a popular yoga business with multiple locations worldwide, they have many paid media accounts to manage. They had over 60 accounts and had been handling them internally or through franchise owners, all of whom lacked the expertise and knowledge to optimise them effectively. They wanted a complete revamp of their accounts, including testing new strategies and following best practices. They also needed guidance on integrating conversion API. First, we believed it was best to start by revamping their Google and Facebook accounts for all the UK studios. Ensuring that we followed industry best practices to restructure the accounts from scratch, we decided that separating campaigns into brand-specific and generic ones would provide better control over targeting and messaging. We also conducted regular reviews and updates of bid strategies, ad copy, and extensions to enhance engagement and overall performance. In order to determine the most effective approach we performed A/B testing on Facebook ads, placements, and website landing pages.
